DR. ALLIE FLOWERS

DR. ALLIE FLOWERS

Dr. Allie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of Revive Rehab, a thriving Pelvic Floor  Physical Therapy practice in Bluffton SC, dedicated to women’s health. Dr. Allie is deeply committed to ensuring that no woman should have to struggle in regaining her health and well-being not only after childbirth but throughout the lifespan. She is truly passionate about her role as an advocate for women’s healthcare specializing in the pelvic floor, women’s health, prenatal and postpartum care. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and mother of two beautiful girls, her mission is to empower women with the knowledge and tools necessary to heal their bodies in a sustainable, healthy manner.

With over 19 years of experience in physical therapy, Dr. Allie has built a comprehensive foundation of expertise in orthopedics with specialized training in women's health, the pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2006 with a Master's in Physical Therapy and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2010. Dr. Allie’s extensive background in orthopedics, where she spent much of her early career, gives her a unique advantage in bridging the gap between pelvic floor rehabilitation and high-level fitness. In 2012, she earned her Manual Therapy Certification from the Medical University of South Carolina.Dr. Allie holds certifications in functional dry needling and yoga therapy. She received her Pelvic Floor training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is also a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Sarah Duvall’s Core Exercise Solutions.

Her personal postpartum journey profoundly shaped her approach to care. After experiencing challenges such as urinary leakage during exercise, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), and chronic hip pain, Dr. Allie, a seasoned physical therapist and avid fitness enthusiast, refused to accept these issues as her new normal. Recognizing the limitations of the conventional six-week postpartum follow-up with an OBGYN, she became determined to explore and specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation. In her exploration, Dr. Allie discovered an entire field dedicated to enhancing women’s quality of life, which ignited her passion to be a resource for other women facing similar struggles. She vowed to become the trusted guide for women, helping them heal their bodies and regain their strength, regardless of what phase of life they are in. Having experienced the challenges of hip labral tears and subsequent surgery after her second pregnancy, Dr. Allie remains passionate about helping women navigate recovery and injury. As an avid exerciser and busy mother, she is particularly dedicated to guiding women safely back to high-level exercise, both postpartum and after injury.

Revive Rehab, LLC, serves the Bluffton community and surrounding areas as a trusted space for women facing a range of pelvic and women’s health challenges—issues that are often difficult to discuss. Her goal is to offer a holistic, comprehensive approach to recovery, empowering women to heal, regain their strength, and return to their desired activities, ultimately emerging stronger than ever.

DR. JENN FARRISON

DR. JENN FARRISON

Dr. Jenn Farrison is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-founder of Revive Rehab, the Lowcountry’s leading experts in women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. With over 16 years of experience, Dr. Jenn combines orthopedic precision with advanced pelvic health expertise to help women feel strong, capable, and fully supported in their healing journeys. Her clinical background spans orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and dry needling, with a specialized focus in prenatal and postpartum care.

As a passionate advocate for pelvic health, Dr. Jenn believes that pelvic floor therapy should be a fundamental part of healthcare—not an afterthought. Her mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding pelvic health conditions and provide evidence-based, compassionate care that empowers women to take control of their symptoms and reconnect with their bodies.

Dr. Jenn earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in 2009. She completed her Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification through the Medical University of South Carolina in 2012, is a Certified Dry Needling Specialist through the American Academy of Manual Therapy’s Needling Institute, holds a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification from Dr. Sarah Ellis Duvall’s Core Exercise Solutions, and received her pelvic floor training from the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Her career began as a travel physical therapist, gaining diverse experience across SC, GA, TX, and NY. She eventually returned to South Carolina, where she met her husband and planted roots. She is now the proud mom of three bright, beautiful, and spirited children who serve as her daily motivation and reminder of the strength, vulnerability, and resilience found in every stage of womanhood.

It was motherhood that transformed Dr. Jenn’s career into her calling. After planning for vaginal deliveries, she underwent three Cesarean births—each bringing its own challenges, both physical and emotional. From the deep ache of post-surgical swelling and scar tissue restrictions to the disconnect in her core and pelvic floor, Dr. Jenn experienced the very symptoms so many of her patients struggle with. But rather than accept these limitations as her “new normal,” she applied her knowledge and skills to her own recovery. Through intentional rehab, she rebuilt her core, restored pelvic floor coordination, and learned how to move with strength and stability again, and again, and again.

By her third C-section, Dr. Jenn was able to approach the experience with a new mindset—one built on preparation, prevention, and self-compassion. She used her clinical expertise to design her own rehab plan in the weeks leading up to delivery, helping to reduce post-op symptoms and ease recovery. That experience gives her an unmatched level of empathy —because she doesn’t just understand the process, she lived it.

At Revive Rehab, Dr. Jenn leads with clinical excellence and heartfelt purpose. She’s committed to offering a safe, judgment-free space for women to share, heal, and reclaim their bodies. Whether it’s postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, leakage, prolapse, changes brought on by perimenopause and menopause, or simply feeling disconnected—Dr. Jenn is here to guide you through it with honesty, skill, and unwavering support.
